We guarantee a perfect fit. If adjustments are needed, our tailor will handle them at no extra cost. If it still isn’t right, we’ll remake the suit. No stress.
📦 Will my suit be delivered?
Yes! Your suit is hand-delivered by our consultants, pressed, packaged, and ready to wear—straight to your door.
⚖️ What’s the difference between fabric weights?
Fabric weight affects the feel and seasonality of your suit:
Super 120s – everyday wear: breathable + durable
Super 150s – elevated comfort: softer, more refined
Super 180s+ – luxury feel: ultra-fine and special-occasion ready

🧵 What’s the difference between fused, half canvas, and full canvas suits?
Canvas is the hidden layer between your suit’s outer fabric and the inner lining. It gives the suit structure and helps it mold to your body.
Fused: Affordable and clean-looking. The fabric is glued to the lining, which works well for everyday or occasional wear. Less breathable and can lose shape over time.
Half Canvas: A blend of value and quality. Canvas is sewn into the chest and lapels, giving structure where it matters. More breathable and molds better to your body.
Full Canvas: The gold standard. Hand-sewn canvas runs through the full front of the jacket. Best drape, longevity, and shape retention. Worth it for your best suit.

Yes, bring dress shoes. It helps us tailor the pants length exactly to how you’ll wear it. Bonus points if you bring a favorite suit for reference.
📏 How many times do I need to get measured?
Just once. We get it right the first time. If tweaks are needed later, we’ll handle them quickly.
✅ Is there a guarantee?
Yes. We don’t just aim for satisfaction—we guarantee it. No formal warranty, but we’ll make it right if anything falls short.
Terms to Know
❌ Are purchases refundable?
All sales are final. Once you place an order, we start crafting your suit to spec. Double-check your details before confirming.
✂️ What about alterations?
We offer complimentary adjustments—but only if the suit hasn’t been altered by another tailor. Alteration requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
🧼 How do I care for my suit?
Follow the care instructions we provide. Not doing so may damage your suit, and we can’t be responsible for that.
🛡 Who’s liable if something goes wrong?
If it’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit. For anything else (like wear & tear, shipping delays, or third-party tailoring), we’re not responsible.

Yes. We only use your information to complete your order. We never sell or share your data without your permission.
