Terms Conditions Windsor Suits


1. Order Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Once an order is placed and checkout is complete, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be accepted. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

  • Custom Measurements: All garments are crafted based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer. Windsor Suits LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer.

2. Alteration Policy

  • Windsor Suits LLC offers complimentary adjustments if required, provided the garment has not been altered by a third-party tailor. Any alterations made by a tailor not employed by Windsor Suits LLC will void your eligibility for alterations, refunds, or store credits.

  • Alteration requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your garment. Requests made after this period may not be honored.

3. Liability

  • Windsor Suits LLC is not responsible for any damages, issues, or losses resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alterations of the garment.

  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, Windsor Suits LLC reserves the right to determine whether to repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective garment.

  • Windsor Suits LLC is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.

4. Care Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in damage for which Windsor Suits LLC is not liable.


5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Windsor Suits LLC respects your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from transactions with Windsor Suits LLC will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Customers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.

7. Amendments to Terms

  • Windsor Suits LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
